approached by verizon

I have been contacted by verizon to lease. I told them that I would rather sell because it is a small piece of property. Does verizon ever purchase instead of lease? They told me that it was possible and that they would get an appraisal.

We can help you with Verizon Wireless.
by: Tower Genius

Guy, please call us. We can help structure the lease so that if you want them to pay you a lump sum, you are maximizing your tower. We can also have the lease terms negotiated in a way to force Verizon to compete fairly and bid just like everyone else. Of course they don't like that but we are still sort of a capitalistic system, for now at least.

Let's discuss how we can help you.
