AT&T Property Lease

by HELEN DOTSON
(ELK GROVE, CA)

AT&T has contacted me about putting equipment on my property for internet use.
They are willing to give me a time one fee of $500.00 and replace my fence ( which will cost $900.00). What is a fair amount to have them lease my property? In years to come they will do well with internet etc.

Before we can determine how badly they are trying to low ball you (if that is the case) we really need to take a look at what they are proposing, what other options they have from a leasing standpoint, and what function their installation will serve.

Please call us after the holidays.
