AT&T tower land lease

My wife and I were contacted by one of your reps last year about putting a tower on our property. At the time we had a lot going on and now we may be interested to know how this works and how it benefits us and the people around us. I do no that when our son comes down from Northern Va. he can't get a signal and most other people that come down here. In fact ,the people who built our house had to go to the end of the road to get through.
We are located in Amherst Co. Va. off RT. 60 and Rt.600.

Homer to clarify, we are Tower Genius, not AT&T Wireless, and the person who contacted you certainly has no affiliation with our firm as we do not do any work for AT&T or any of the carriers.
