Comments for bought a house with a cell tower on the property
I was just told the there was never a lease agreement ever made with the previous home owner. So why can't they start one now? I'm wondering if it's worth consulting legal advice or would I be wasting my time and money?
Editor's Note: Go down to your town's building department or planning and zoning office and ask to see the file.

Hi
Ask the seller if they sold the lease. Or get the real estate professional to do a tittle search on status of the lease. Sales on these leases are recorded normally.
If sold, your out of luck. If not sold, get your rent.
