Brand New Monopole

Recently constructed on November 18, 2010 is this brand new monopole. Rogers Wireless put this tower here to fill in a few gaps that another nearby Rogers tower doesn't hit. I was told it would be active by now, but after driving by I'm not too sure. Located in Sarnia, Ontario

White or Gray?

The white colored cell towers I find are a lot more visible then the traditional gray ones.
