If your pole is full . Can you renegotiate your lease. If ??? you have 25 years left on lease. Or is it best to just accept the buyouts they are offering right now. Because they are quite high??

I believe the values will rise as the need for cell towers will rise. The cellular carriers have to keep improving their service as the industry continues to grow by leaps and bounds. This involves attaching to an existing tower or building a new one. Be very careful when looking at a buyout. Get an expert to help you if you should consider it.
