Can there be more than one land owner on a cell site

If a tower is 120 feet from another land owner does both get paid or can one keep them from building a cell tower that close to his property.

Sometimes towers are constructed closely to one another. Depends on what your county or town allows. You would not get paid rent on a cell tower that is. 120 feet away on your neighbors property.
