I wanted to know why Verizon Wireless can pay out $10 Billion to their two owners Vodafone and Verizon, but barely wants to share their wealth when leasing cell towers in California?

Verizon Wireless currently being the largest wireless firm in the United States generated a great deal of income and profitability in most markets. They are famous for working with landlords in a very professional manner and agree to reasonable rental rates for properties such as yours. This dividend is a very public example of the great success that this company has become and how the parent company has benefited from their wireless division. It is apparent that wireless and Verizon's cable business are the future of the company. than being said, even a company as reputable as Verizon can sometimes hire incompetent boobs, who think that by ripping off a landlord on a real estate deal on a property like yours, they will be elevated to Vice President level, due to their lack of ethics and shrewd behavior. In reality, these traits are frowned upon within an organization as outstanding as Verizon Wireless.
