Can you help me?

by William
(Pleasanton, CA)

Metro PCS which just purchased by T-Mobile has left me an empty space on my site? I need to replace them. The site is ready for a new provider to install with all utilities in place.

How do I approach getting a market lease agreement from a new carrier. I Have Sprint, Verizon and T-Mobile all ready on this site.

How is AT&T covering the area?
by: Tower Genius

Figure out what AT&T is doing in your neighborhood. Go down to your building department and find out from them where all the AT&T sites are located. They might be right across the street with a stealth site, or they might be looking for a site. Who knows?

Then call their network real estate administration minions at 877-231-5447 or try emailing them at RELeaseAdmin@awsmail.att.com -- of course they may never get back to you, but you can let them know that there is an available space.
