Do you assist in negotiations and/or finding additional users etc.. In Canada I have a site currently 1 tower 2 seperate leases telus/bell in Alberta Canada one of leases up for renewal negotiation in 2015.
I have some land on an island on the Straight of Georgia in BC Canada. I would like to build a cell tower and lease it out to major cell companies. How would I go about doing this?
