Cell phone equipment on TVA towers

TVA has a tower that is on my property. They have Sprint equipment on the ground and in the air. A representative from Towercom was on my property recently to photograph new equipment on the ground. He asked me how much rent TVA/Sprint were payine me per month. They aren't paying me anything and I can't get anyone at TVA or Sprint to discuss this with me. Should they be paying me rent?
