Cell Tower Lease Buyout Offer from Everest Infrastructure Partners
by Mrs. Cell Tower Landlord
(USA somewhere in the middle)
Hello Tower Geniuses.
We have an old cell tower that has less than ten years left on it. The rent is okay, we didn't do a great job on it initially and we are okay with that. We had been contacted a few years ago by a company called Tristar and now the same sales representative is talking to us from a company called Everest Infrastructure. I got an offer from them. It seems like a pretty good deal but I am always a little bit skeptical when somebody offers me a good looking deal. We get calls from lease buyers all the time but this deal was different so it got my attention.
What can you tell me about them?
Is Everest a reputable company?
What do you know about their offers?
What are my risks or is this too good to be true?
And can I discuss my offer with you offline and not in this forum?

Everest buyout offers evaluated by friendly Cell Tower Geniuses by: Stephen
We can confirm for you that their lease partnership or lease buyout offers are legitimate and for real. In 2017 we have spoken with multiple cell tower landlords and have seen and evaluated many lease buyout offers that Everest Infrastructure has presented to cell tower landlords. We are comfortable in telling you that we are already experts when it comes to these offers. Please call us, we can discuss your options and strategies offline.
