Hello Bruce. The problem is that a cell tower lease calculator does not really work and is why we haven't hired anyone to develop this kind of software. A cell tower rental calculator doesn't tell you about zoning, or topography, or about competing sites.
Cell tower rental values are based on a site by site basis. There are many factors that come into play. Is the tower being proposed by a carrier like AT&T, Verizon Wireless or T-Mobile -- OR is the cell tower lease being offered by a cell tower development firm.
