My mother was approached by an AT&T representative requesting to put a cell tower on her property. The are is about. 7 miles south of Camden Arkansas on Highway 7. They offered her $4800 annually for a five year lease with renewal up to 30 years. Is this a reasonable offer for this area.

AT&T will choose the path of least resistance especially on a rural tower location. Is it worth more than that? Of course. But if they can pay your mother's neighbor $25 less per month they might even do that. Is it worth encumbering the property of less than $500/month? I wouldn't do it personally.
