Colorado Client has a cell tower lease shared by Public Service Company of Colorado, Tri-State energy Generation and transmission Association, and Holy Cross energy

The Lease is coming up for a 15 year renewal. The only issue is the renewal rent rate, which is based on the current U.S. Forest Service annual rental fee for "Industrial Microwave Sites."

Are those rates negotiable?
