Consultation for cell tower installation on our property

Steve and the team at Tower Genius provided a free initial consultation regarding a proposed cell tower on our property. After discussing some of the potential concerns with regard to the contract language, we chose to utilize their services to review contracts and propose changes. The bottom line is that we have minimized any of the risks associated with the tower installation and operation and at the same time optimized the potential returns from the cell tower.

Steve and his staff were very prompt, professional and knowledgeable in all of our business dealings. I feel fortunate to have found their services to assist us in these previously unchartered waters.
