Been approached with a few offers to purchase my cell tower lease, not Unison but their competition. There is plenty of available ground space inside the fence in portion of my land that has the tower sitting on it. Should i give the finance company more ground space? Not really sure what to think of this?

You can call us if you want someone to tell you that the is good, bad or awesome. They are a very successful company and they purchase a lot of leases.
We can't comment on your offers as we have know nothing about your lease.
