I own a farm in western New Jersey and I have been approached by a company wishing to take three acres of my cleared land so they can put up a Solar Farm. I see you do cell towers but do you guys also handle solar leasing agreements? If you do, how does my properties status of being in the states agricultural program effect a project such as this? The property is unused except for some grazing and we could use the extra money during this economic downturn.

Yes we do handle negotiating deals for solar projects. Regarding the NJ farm preservation program, we are very familiar with it and have contacts at the top of the program. In fact w are the first people to successfully take property out of the program for wireless tower development. Give us a call... we would love to assist you.
