I have attempted to call Verizon Wireless Properties at 866-862-4404 and have received no return calls, after leaving 17 messages. I am attempting to get Verizon's electricity invoices to First Energy and the address that I have is incorrect. I was given and have on contract that is was PO Box 182727, Columbus, OH 43218-2727. Because Verizon has not returned my calls I attempted to contact First Energy. No one I have spoke to has any idea where the invoices go.

Does anyone know the correct address (First Energy has many, many addresses)?

So frustrated with Verizon and ready to pull the plug honestly.
