I have been contacted a half dozen times by several companies trying to buy my cell tower rent. I honestly had no idea that my tower could be worth hundreds of thousands of dollars but there are pretty significant differences between some of the proposals and I am quickly realizing that this is totally out of my league. And nobody gives me a straight answer about what this is worth. Why do they want to buy the cell tower if the technology might become outdated? I have Verizon and AT&T and I also think they have other things on my tower but I am not sure they constantly have technicians working there sometimes a few times a month, so I know they have made many improvements. I have 10 years l left and making around $1000 monthly, rent goes up by the consumer price index once every 5 years as they calculate it.
