Home rooftop rental

(Mexico)

Do you have any knowledge of cell tower rentals in Mexico? Last week, someone from a well-known phone company here in San Miguel de Allende asked about using my roof for a 2 meter tower for 10,000 pesos (about US $475) per month. I don't know how to find average rates for this city.

Mexican market not our expertise
by: Stephen

Nancy, sorry but I can't guide you on rates in the Mexican market. If they have several choices on nearby buildings of similar heights then they can keep the price lower. If you have the highest rooftop then you can generally ask for a higher price.
