Hello Anonymous. How can I explain this to you in layman's terms?
The reader "Bill" asked a question that I responded to with my own question. Namely, "what information are you looking for?"
It's kind of like when you sit down at a greek diner in New Jersey and the waitress asks you what you are having and you say "how much"? And then she looks at you like you are a few fries short of a Happy Meal. They have 300 things to choose from on the menu.
It may be hard to believe, although the world of cell tower leasing is quite an esoteric topic, we provide a plethora of of services for cell tower landlords. While I can't think of 300 things, we do provide cell tower landlords at least a dozen different kinds of services.
-Is it a new tower lease? -Is it a new rooftop lease? -Is it a cell tower lease extension or amendment? -Is it a rooftop cell site audit? -Is it a lease buyout proposal? -Do they need a cell site lease valuation? -Is the carrier looking to relocate the tower? -Did they get a letter to reduce their rent? -Do they need their municipal cell tower ordinance reviewed or rewritten? -Do they need a master lease crafted? -Are they redeveloping a shopping center and need to temporarily relocate the cell tower? -Is their a carrier conflict that needs to be resolved? -Is the tower company or tenant in default?
These services can range anywhere from a mere $250 dollars to much more than that. We purposely don't publish our pricing on the internet because that's my choice as a business owner. I like people to call us so I can find out exactly what they need before I share our fees. It's not a big secret.
Today for example, we probably spent four hours on the phone with 7 or 8 property owners and cell tower landlords who called us at 888-313-9750, providing them with free initial cell tower lease consultations. These consultations were FREE. ZERO. ZILCH. NADA.
By the way, Wall Street hedge funds have hired our company prior to investing millions in wireless industry companies, and have paid several thousands of dollars for just one hour or two of our time more than a few times, since we know what we are talking about.
I hope that helps.
All the best. Steve :-) from Tower Genius (yes that's been in the green cape and mask)

Informative? by: Anonymous
Wow! Your answer was really not very informative. He asked a question that I would imagine lots of people reading this want to know. It is a straightforward information-seeking question. Would you please provide a straightforward answer?

Bill what specific info do you need? by: Stephen
Our initial consultation is free. After that we charge less than the guy in San Diego, less than the guy in Tennessee, more than the guy in Florida and the guy in Atlanta changes his prices all the time but is dumb as a box of rocks, so you get what you pay for.
