How to get a site

My neighbor is proceeding with getting a site build on his land. I don't wish to look at it and wish to have it located in my neighboring forest property instead. Who at Verizon to I contact to talk about this.

There is probably a reason why Verizon is talking to your neighbor and not to you. Do they have better access? Do they have a higher elevation?
