I have a 120 foot Rohn 55 G communication tower on my privately owned property

Where can I get information on whom to contact to get an appraisal (dollar value) on value of the tower sitting on my property? Im not looking for a lease buyout amount just selling the tower itself. Do you have names of contacts?
