irrevocable prepaid

Bought new home with tower on it found out it was a prepaid irrevocable lease expires 2049. This was not disclosed by seller, I paid cash for the home, now I want to do a cash out and am having trouble finding a lender because of the tower being on my property. I have 20 acres have been advised to separate tower from house property this would require a 5 acre parcel to be separated, if this is done does the easement stay with original property or go to new parcel?
