Our contract is up for renewal in 2018. We have been contacted by Bell Mobility and advised that we will be receiving the same amount for the new contract. We live in northwestern ONTARIO and accordingly to the Bell representative at the time stated that we were only a few of the private site which had their towers. At that time they indicated that the price we were to receive was a fair price with regards to land value in the area. Our land and exact site was exactly what the satellite indicated lined up with other towers they w ere installing at the time. At the time I was first contacted d that they were looking at our property to erect a tower I selected a couple of locations that would not interfere with my farming operations how ever they surveyed an area in my land I use. At this time there is a fenced off lane that leads to the tower site about 300 yds long with 3 fenced off areas for the tower achhor. What would be a the average lease per year for leasing out property. Thanks Ken
