I signed a lease agreement 20+ years ago and it came due in September. They sent me a notice which said they where exercising there lease for 10 more years. I hired a attorney and he said there was nothing I could do. They are paying now $359.85.

Unfortunately many wireless landlords miss opportunities to properly notify their tenants and renegotiate their agreements.
