I was approached to sell my cell site lease to a third party financial firm. I hired Tower Genius to review the deal and they told me that they knew I could do better. They put me in contact with other firms and one of the companies offered me thirty percent (30%) more than the original companies last and final offer, If it was not for the Tower Genius folks I would not have received top dollar for my lease.
