We have been approached by a leasing agent for AT&T. They had an agreement of some sort with the owner of adjoining property, but apparently are having problems. Could use some advice.
Thanks for posting the question. We will need more information. Do you know if they actually signed a lease with your neighbor or what the issues are that the carrier is having? Many times it may simply be a case of the property owner's attorney simply negotiating them out of the deal or asking for ridiculous leasing terms or excessive rates that are not in par with fair market value for your area.
Timing may be good on this deal for you. The AT&T site acquisition representative surely wants to get the lease signed before the end of September / Quarter in order to get paid their bonus. We can expedite this for you quickly and efficiently.
