Which makes more sense, building a tower or leasing my land? I live in Hammondsport NY on one of the highest elevations in the area (2000 ft). It is a rural area with high tourism. The site is 150 ft. from the road with power and phone lines available. Cell service is poor and we often have dropped calls. I have a brother in NJ who has built a cell tower and is doing well. Can I expect similar results in my area? I am aware that demand is a key issue here but I not sure of the key aspects of the project and cannot truly get a grasp of the actual ROI. Please advise.
