Charlie, all carrier system needs are different. There is no way to determine how many co-locating cellular carriers you will get on a give cell tower but there are ways to prepare for such co-location.
There are many factors that are brought together to establish the value and in addition it's just as important to make sure you are protected and proper language is used in the lease agreement which provides protection to the property owner.
