We have been offered $1800 to lease ground for and internet tower/repeater. We are in rural Idaho and I think that the tower is used for Global Position Service (guidance) for tractors as well. We just don't know what is a fair rate for this. Thanks.
I would love to know if anyone did this and found it worth while, or did it and wished they had not?
I may have the option to do this and would love some feedback.

The tower will not impact us either physically or aesthetically. There is no creation of a road for it and we are not responsible for any maintenance or power. It will not affect us in any way, that is why we are not sure of how much to charge. We are thinking of adding a cost of living increase every few years.
