I do not want to sound rude, and I like your site, but why should I choose your firm over all the other experts our there on the internet. I have a cell lease i need negotiated but how do I know you guys have experience where I am located?
Well everyone will tell you that they are the best in the cell tower leasing business. Our principals have built more networks than any other firm and we have been involved in wireless since it's inception.
Now a few firms are out there that can negotiate a deal but they lack RF engineering experience so how do they know what your site is worth without evaluating why the carrier needs the site and what other options are out there so you can value your property? Sure there is a range in each market for rental rates but how do you know if your site should be on the high end or the low end? They do not teach that in law school and site acquisition people have no training in that area either. So they are just guessing. Do you want your family Doctor guessing about your physical help? I did not think so.
Also we do not work for any tower companies, wireless carriers or cash flow lease purchase companies. If they do that and they are hired by you are they really working for you.... nope.
Also our pricing is very direct.... we are not tied to hourly rates or a pricing matrix that you need a Phd from MIT to figure out.
