Micro Cell with 4 Panel Antennas and Remote Radio Heads w/Faux Chimney?

This all seems like a bigger deal than the $600 per month offer proposed for this installation considering the addition of an 8x8 enclosure on the ground to house the additional equipment. Location is in a burgeoning area in a extremely poorly serviced area by the telecoms. There are many new apartment buildings and new ones in the plans. Any insight on the monthly number here???
Comments for Micro Cell with 4 Panel Antennas and Remote Radio Heads w/Faux Chimney?
Frank a four panel small cell or micro cell isn't really that small anymore.
I would tell them to take a hike at $600. The carrier whose name starts with V that we will not mention here is very CHEAP when it comes to paying rent on these small cells. We actually got a call from a midtown Manhattan landlord last week where V was offering them $7000/year for a micro cell. That same rooftop would easily be leased for $40,000/year for a regular 4G/LE 12 antenna macro cell site.
However since they are putting up 4 antennas on your rooftop you can tell them that it's double the equipment they regularly install for small cells. The typical installation is 1-2 antennas. I would tell them no less than $1200 and then show them the door. You don't even need to be polite.
