Steve or Kevin- I have had a cell site with SBA/T-Mobile (~$1500/month & 4% annual increase) for >15 years. At&t wants to co-locate. My SBA lease gives me $150/month revenue share but my lease stipulates "any co-locator must lease additional ground space from me". At&t is offering $300 per month and 1% increased every 3 years which is probably low for being inside central Houston (77023) for the ground space. At&t had said they wanted to get this done by the end of the year but they are definitely slow walking any better offer. I'm sort of stumped in that I don't want to commit to a bad deal, I don't really know what a realistic lease rate is and don't want to pay crazy money to a consultant if At&t isn't serious and ultimately does not move forward. So my question is, do you offer a flat rate to look at the specific demand, supply and other factors of my location that you mentioned in your articles and can you give a lease amount range of what I should expect and then your other service options if the deal progresses? thanks TJM
