Ok..lets say you just bought a property with a cell tower on it ..it has the tower .a small building in use. then you have two buildings not being in use, and two tractor trailer..trailers there not in use, and a lot of material ,and its call growed up with trees and weeds. the previous home owners are deceased, and you never got any information about the property where the tower is..now is it possible the previous home owners that passed ...sold it to the carrier (cell service)or is it possible that after the home owners passed ..the lease or rent is getting paid to the deceased that is no longer owning the property. or that the cell company is hush hush about it an getting it rent free??
