New Cell tower on my property

A cell company, called us and ask for leasing to install cell tower, At this point, I do not want to provide details of my property. If you provide few references whom I can contact and verify their satisfaction, I will further communication.

C'mon.... What's the point? You're wasting time. I think you have the cart in front of the horse. If you have questions you need to be asking them. Not the other way around. I worked in cellular site acquisition for Sprint PCS when we were still building towers. Property owners like you are the ones we would sign a $700/month lease for and laugh when you agreed to 1% yearly increases. Good luck looking at the tower that they'll likely build in your next door neighbors backyard. ROFL !!
