New tower question for Dickson co. TN.

I am looking to get a tower set up for my parents, in TN. They are West of Nashville and the development trend over the last couple of years is in that direction. They are rural with barely tolerable coverage, even with more powerful contemporary smart phones. Lots of people in the area complain of shoddy service. And the supplimentary income could help my father's metalworking business.
