Nextel stopped paying

Crown Castle stopped paying Us Nextel ground lease and telling us we owed overpayments to us of $8000., as Nextel had quit paying them but they continued to pay us as a clerical error.

See if Crown will work something out.

Accidents happen, and sometimes carriers and tower companies aren't the greatest communicators. I am sure $8K is a big deal for the average landlord, but for Crown and Sprint, they probably spend more than that on beer for their executives every weekend. Ask Crown if you can offer them a short extension (5 years) to make the issue go away. Just an idea.
