Not sure if the amount they are offering is fair

Big river telephone is offering $350 month to put up a tower.
I don't want to loose the contract but $350 seems low.
However they could easily go somewhere else.

Matt, if they have other rural locations to select from you really don't have too much leverage at all in the negotiation. Still, the lease terms can be tightened up and there might be a little bit of wiggle room up to $500-$650 range. What the cell tower leasing rep wants to hear is that they can get the lease signed QUICKLY. They are probably also talking to your neighbors or competing site owners so time is usually of the essence.
