I don't have to ask if my deceased grandmother was taken advantage of because I know she was. My question is, is there a such thing as a lifetime contract for a cellphone tower lease? Over 20 years ago I was told that's what she agreed to for $10k cash up front and $650 a month for a tower located on a major university in Mississippi. Now my mom is getting letters stating that the company wants to try to buy the area in full were the tower is located. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
