I don't have to ask if my deceased grandmother was taken advantage of because I know she was. My question is, is there a such thing as a lifetime contract for a cellphone tower lease? Over 20 years ago I was told that's what she agreed to for $10k cash up front and $650 a month for a tower located on a major university in Mississippi. Now my mom is getting letters stating that the company wants to try to buy the area in full were the tower is located. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
If I had a dollar for every time I heard of a senior citizen being taken advantage of by a multi billion dollar cell tower management company over the past decade, I could literally take my family out for an expensive steak dinner at pick your favorite high-end steakhouse.
Terrell who has your grandmother's cell tower lease with?
Of course I'm suggesting that either of these fine wonderful companies, such as American Tower, SBA Communications or Crown Castle, who own or control 80% of the cell towers in the USA would have taken advantage of somebody. But chances are you are dealing with one of these companies.
