Purchase of a property with cell towers already on it

A property I am looking at for a residence has two towers on it with easement rights. The property taxes are a little lower than normal but no other mention is made of any arrangement with the tower owners. Should a buyer of this property be part of some previous arrangement? Do I need a lawyer to look over everything?
