Received Termination Letter from AT&T after 1st Year of 5 Year Lease

Brick Station Recently Completed
Entered into a contract with AT&T on August 2011. After completing the station next to the electrical tower(see picture) we received a termination letter on October 2012. The contract is for 5 years with option for 4 additional 5 year terms. Is this a tactic used to re-negotiate after they've completed the construction?

Tower Genius - Turns out your assessment about the wrong cell tower lease being terminated was correct. After repeated attempts to get someone to helps we final received a phone call saying it was a mix up on their part.
LOL can they hear you now?! Glad it was clarified. Please let us know if we ever be of assistance. Tower Genius 888-313-9750 :-)

You may be surprised but this would not be the first time that AT&T terminated the wrong cell tower lease. We are not even joking about that.
Send us the termination letter. Fax it to 888-313-9750. You can also call us toll-free on the same number from Texas.
