We negotiated with Back Dot for a new contract, ATT sold the tower to Crown Castle and CC said they do not have the new negotiated contract. They refuse to negotiate and claim they are looking at moving the tower and of course offered us an extremely low offer.
In the mean time the old contract has expired and they are paying the full amount of the old contract plus an escalator.
What is the benefits and consequences of not having a contract for us and CC?
I have been dealing with md7 about extending my lease. They are low balling me and playing games. My lease does not have a hold over clause and I plan on shutting the site down if the lease expires without an extension. I have been dealing with these companies since 1998 and the only way I have been able to get a response is to play hardball and call their bluff.
