Good Luck calling, the phone is not manned, i.e. answered by a live person. You have to leave a message. It is the 3rd day now that we have not gotten a return call.
Editor's Note: Things may be chaotic now at Sprint post-merger. In your lease agreement look for the "NOTICES" section. Send them a certified letter as per the notice requirements in your lease with your specific request. Good luck.

Try notifying them using the official notification address in your lease.

Been doing business with them for a long time and this year no payment and absolutely no return messages. They should receive no stars but that wasn't an option. I have contacted them for more than a Dozen messages and calls.
