Your site could be worth $350 Three Hundred and Fifty Dollars or it could be worth $3,500 dollars Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars, or somewhere in-between.
That's why its almost impossible to give you an answer over the internet.
Additionally we are in business to determine rates and get property owners great and FAIR deals.
Just like Colonel Sanders won't give up his secret and Coke won't tell you what goes into the syrup, we generally won't give out the rental price unless it's a convent for nuns or an orphanage or non-profit that needs our help.
The terms on rooftops is not the same as term for towers in my opinion having done hundreds of these deals for clients. Termination language is heavily favoring the carrier since they don't want you terminating in 5 years after putting a half million dollars of telecom equipment of your rooftop which has not yet depreciated.
