Roof Top cell site availability in the City of Inglewood, California

I own a piece of commerical property located at 334 W. Arbor Vitae, in the City of Inglewood,Ca 90301. This property was used as a roof top antenna site for 9 years by Sprint/Nextel. They broke their lease and moved out in December 2012. The size of the roof top is 50' X 30', approximately 1500 square feet. Sprint/Nextel spent a large amount of money in making this site available for their antenna's. Their is an approximate 30 X 17' unit that goes along with this offer. When Black Dot came in and removed some of the items from within and on the roof, they asked me if I wanted any equipment that could be of some use for another carrier who might want to use this as a roof top dantenna site. They told me that they were only removing outdated equipment and would leave the remaining equipment in place. I haven't heard from Black Dot since this has taken place and my unit has remained vacant since December 2012. I would like to rent this to another mobile carrier as soon as possible.
