Is there a difference in the rental rates of cell site leases for rooftops versus the cell tower leases on towers that Verizon Wireless and other company's are paying?

Dan it depends on how the terms of the lease are negotiated, if Verizon is the "anchor tenant" or a collocator. It depends on who controls the ground space or rooftop, and how badly they want the site.
