How do we contact someone from Tillman to allow us to sell the property that we have a signed contract with Tillman?
In the contract, we are required to let them know if we wish to sell the property. We have a buyer and have agreed on a price. Simply waiting for them to correspond with our attorney. Letters have been sent with no response.

Notice requirements in lease

have your attorney send them written legal notification as per your lease requirements. Make sure it is sent so you can track when they received it and who signed for it and then mark the calendar.

90 days, that's really unfortunate. Not surprised give the particular tower company.
