Sellout to american tower via lyle co.
We have a tower in Chino, CA. I sold the real estate property but retained the tower. We gross $5,370 a month and have a $400 easement payment to the new property owner. We get a base of $2,476 and a 20% cut of the rent at $2,894 monthly.
The Lyle company is doing the negotiating and initially offered $900k. They then came back with $800k and we got back to $825k. They are preparing the contract now. My question is, is this a fair deal or can you help obtain more?
